What if the jewelry breaks? 

There is a 99.9% chance your jewelry will not break. However, in the 0.01% chance it does - Soul & Bones offers FREE repairs within 6 months of your purchase date. Reach out to soulandbonesco@gmail.com with any concerns.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Each piece of jewelry is made from the highest quality stainless steel and sterling silver. These metals are durable and made to sustain water & many other environmental elements. For best care practices, please read below.

What is the recommended up-keep for jewelry?

If you notice any of your products could use a touch-up, you can shine with a silver polish/polishing cloth or soak them in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap then scrub lightly with a soft bristle brush. We recommend keeping the jewelry away from sunscreen, shying away from spraying perfume directly on the product, & storing silver in an airtight package.

How long will my order take to SHIP?

Every product at Soul and Bones is made to order. Your order will likely ship within a week of purchase, however shipping may take up to 2 weeks given the nature of the small business. We appreciate your patience!!

Can I RETURN my jewelry and goods?

All goods sales are FINAL.

All jewelry sales are welcome to exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. Returns will not be processed.
