What if the jewelry breaks? 

There is a 99.9% chance your jewelry will not break. However, in the 0.01% chance it does - Soul & Bones offers FREE repairs within 6 months of your purchase date. Reach out to soulandbonesco@gmail.com with any concerns.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

We guarantee NO tarnish & NO break for all of our jewelry products. Each piece is made from the highest quality 14k gold-fill and 925 sterling silver. These metals are durable and made to sustain water & many other environmental elements. For best care practices, please read below.

What is the recommended up-keep for jewelry?

Up-keep for quality metals is little to none. Your 14k gold-fill products will likely look just as shiny months down the line, while real sterling silver does in fact attract a dust-like coating if left out for some time. The best up-keep for the sterling silver? Wearing your jewelry! The natural oils of your skin polish the metal and reserve its shine. If you notice any of your products could use a touch-up, you can shine with a silver polish/polishing cloth or soak them in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap then scrub lightly with a soft bristle brush. We recommend keeping the jewelry away from sunscreen, shying away from spraying perfume directly on the product, & storing silver in an airtight package.

How long will my order take to ship?

Every product at Soul and Bones is made to order. Your order will likely ship within a week of purchase, however shipping may take up to 2 weeks given the nature of the small business. We appreciate your patience!!

Can I return my jewelry and goods?

All goods sales are FINAL.

All jewelry sales are welcome to exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. Returns will not be processed.
